Dedicated professionals building Muskoka’s
finest cottages and boathouses since 1976.
At Brian Hoar Inc., our focus is on building luxury custom waterfront homes and boathouses. Period. We have the depth of experience, craftsmanship, and managerial skill to handle large and complex building jobs, including island work. Over forty years we have earned the right to say we know how to build in Muskoka. From inclement weather to accessing remote properties to water management and excavation, building here just isn’t the same as building anywhere else. Buying local doesn’t just mean supporting local businesses, it means getting the benefit of local experience.
Brian Hoar Inc. can do as much or as little on a project as our client wishes, but are fully equipped to shepherd a project from site selection to architectural design to painting, trim, and finishing.
Our clients make a tremendous investment in their custom waterfront homes. We at Brian Hoar Inc. are committed to meeting that investment with good faith by providing excellent value and transparent invoicing. Contact us today and learn why we adhere to the principles of integrity and trust that have been our business’s cornerstones since the beginning.
